Anne-Céline DELINGER is based in Paris and currently works as a nutrition information system consultant at UNICEF headquarters. In this capacity, she is responsible for implementing the NuVAC (Nutrition Vulnerability Assessment in Crisis) joint initiative, co-led by UNICEF and WFP, which aims to strengthen frameworks for analysing and communicating nutritional vulnerability in fragile and conflict situations. With ACF-CA, she also co-leads the NIS WG and participates in the technical working group on nutrition within the FSIN and IPC. Previously, Anne-Céline worked for 6 years at the UNICEF WCA regional office as an emergency nutrition specialist and at WFP RBN as a nutrition analysis consultant. She also spent 2 years in Mali as a Nutrition Cluster IM, and 2 years in Niger with ACF. Anne-Céline holds a master’s degree in socio-anthropology, as well as a master’s degree in humanitarian project management and communication.
